The spring suspension was sagging, so I added conical compression springs between the feet and the bottom of the sub-chassis. It operates fine now. The original replacement springs are available through SOTA for ~$250 if you wanted to get it back to its original state. A replacement dustcover is also available from SOTA for ~$255.
